Just for you Sahlah

Didn't know which bit of Milton Keynes to show you, so I picked the Xscape building, which houses a real snow ski slope, a multi screen cinema and lots of shops, bars and night clubs. The picture is a bit misleading, but from the side some people say it looks like a giant white slug!
The picture below is of the famous Milton Keynes concrete cows, which have been painted, abused, kidnapped and mooved (sorry) around Milton Keynes.

Just found five minutes to log into my emails etc. and was overwhelmed to see how many replies I have had to my post on the Over 40 community. I have managed to reply to a few of you and have started to add to my friends list. My apologies if I haven't got round to you yet. I will, I promise.
Love and good things to you all.

Well, a week has passed since I started my LJ. It's been a strange week as well, work has been busy but I finally have a week off now to try and re-organise my house and life.
My dog has also been very trying. After dinner, every night, she goes through this 'barkey' stage. She just stands and barks, for no reason at all that I can see. May be she's just letting off steam and letting us know about her day!
Man U off to a good start in the Premiership! 5-1!! Come on you reds!

This is my first entry! 'Big deal!' you might say, but to someone who is computer illiterate in the eyes of her sons, it is a Big Deal.
I am 47 years old and just wondered if there is any one out there with a similar age and interests. If so, please add me to your friends list.
The retriever, should also be introduced. She is 13 years old, stubborn, willful and has attitude. She is pale golden and has gone quite deaf in her old age, which makes shouting at her useless.
Hope this whole thing 'works' and look forward to hearing from someone!!
